IDL 1075 - Radiation Safety Officer (RSO)

This course is set to meet the CNSC requirements for individuals that are to be the Radiation Safety Officers (RSO) for companies and for Update Training requirements as needed for all current RSO's.Topics include radiation and radioacticity, radiation protection management, radiation monitoring, effects of radiation, principles of radiation protection, radiography operations as well as relevant acts and regulations.

• Course Dates: Refresher 8 hr (1 day) Dec 4, 2023  and Full Course (FC) Dec 11, 2023 and Dec 2, 2024 Refresher (1 day) and FC Dec 9, 2024.
• Course Hours: Refresher 8 hrs, and Full Course 40hrs
• Cost: $1450 per student (+GST)

Cancellations must be made 7 days before the course start date for a refund to be issued. A 25% administrative fee will be charged and for SNT-TC-1A L3 Certifications under Agreements for L3 services applicable.
